Our mission is to help aspiring firefighters thoroughly prepare for the rigorous, multi-tiered hiring process. Grounded in lived experience, we understand not only the in-the-moment cognitive and physical proficiencies that each selection stage requires, but also the sacrifice and dedication that obtaining such proficiency demands. We believe that all candidates who are willing to devote themselves to the hiring process with consistent and sufficient effort deserve the tools and community that empower them to confidently prepare for that process in a comprehensive way; we are committed to providing those tools and fostering such a community.
