1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to use FireHire.app.
• By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Description of Service

FireHire.app provides tools to help candidates prepare for fire-service hiring processes, including:

• AI-powered interview practice
• Resume scoring and rewriting
• Study aids and preparation tools
• Progress tracking and user dashboards

FireHire.app does not guarantee that use of the Service will result in hiring, interview advancement, or any specific career outcome.

3. Accounts

To use the Service, users must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Not share your account or subscription access with others

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

FireHire.app offers the following plans:

• Free: No cost
• Pro: $15/month
• Unlimited: $40/month or $300/year

All paid subscriptions:

• Auto-renew unless you cancel
• Begin with a 3-day trial, during which you may cancel at any time before billing
• Are processed through Stripe or another secure payment processor

Refund Policy

The only refund condition is canceling before the free trial ends. After the trial ends and billing occurs, no refunds are issued.

FireHire.app LLC retains billing records as required for fraud prevention, financial compliance, and dispute handling.

5. AI-Generated Content

FireHire.app uses artificial intelligence to generate:

• Interview questions and responses
• Resume evaluations
• Resume rewrites
• Recommendations and insights

AI may produce incorrect, incomplete, or unexpected information. By using the Service, you acknowledge:

• AI output should be reviewed and verified by you
• You assume responsibility for how you use AI-generated content
• FireHire.app is not liable for decisions you make based on AI output

We explicitly do not guarantee that any preparation, scoring, or AI assistance will lead to employment in the fire service.

Users may not resell, publish, or commercially distribute AI-generated content from FireHire.app.

6. User-Uploaded Content

You may upload resumes, documents, profile information, job postings, and other materials.

By uploading content, you grant FireHire.app a limited license to:

• Store and process your content
• Use anonymized and aggregated data to improve the platform

We do not claim ownership of your content. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.

7. Data & Privacy

FireHire.app collects and processes information according to our Privacy Policy.

You acknowledge that:

• Billing information is securely stored by our payment processor
• FireHire.app LLC may retain necessary billing records for legal compliance
• You have a right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Hack, interfere with, or disrupt the platform
• Scrape, copy, or attempt to extract system data
• Harass other users or staff
• Reverse engineer, bypass security, or misuse the platform
• Share subscription access
• Sell or redistribute AI responses

Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

9. Feature Changes

FireHire.app may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time, including:

• Tools
• AI models
• Subscription features
• Dashboards or UI components

We reserve the right to do so without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• FireHire.app is provided "as is"
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not responsible for employment outcomes
• We are not liable for damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes will be resolved in Colorado courts.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your payment fails
• You engage in abuse or misuse of the platform

You may cancel your subscription at any time within your account settings.
