FireHire.app

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use FireHire.app. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of Service

FireHire.app provides subscription-based tools to help candidates prepare for fire-service hiring processes and related physical preparation, including:

• AI-powered interview and oral-board practice
• Resume scoring, analysis, and rewriting
• Study aids, written-exam tools, daily questions, and preparation tools
• Progress tracking, training plans, and user dashboards

FireHire.app does not guarantee that use of the Service will result in hiring, interview advancement, exam performance, physical-performance improvement, or any specific career outcome.

3. Accounts

To use most features of the Service, you must create an account. Certain public demo features may be available without creating an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Not share your account or subscription access with others

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for any use of the Service associated with you.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

FireHire.app offers the following plans:

• Free: No cost
• Pro: $15/month
• Unlimited: $40/month

All paid subscriptions:

• Auto-renew unless and until you cancel
• May begin with a 7-day trial for eligible new subscribers only, during which you may cancel at any time before billing begins
• Trial eligibility is limited to first-time subscribers and may be restricted by payment method, device, account history, or other identifiers to prevent duplicate or abusive trial usage
• Are processed through Stripe or another secure payment processor, and by subscribing you authorize recurring charges until cancellation
• You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and you will be charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period

Refund Policy

To avoid being charged, you must cancel before your free trial ends. After the trial ends and billing occurs, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

FireHire.app LLC retains limited billing, subscription, consent, and related records as reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, financial compliance, security, and dispute handling.

If you cancel a paid subscription, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your then-current billing period unless otherwise stated at the time of cancellation, and you will not receive a prorated refund except where required by applicable law.

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and provide a brief grace period before suspending or downgrading your account. Continued access during any grace period does not waive amounts owed.

5. AI-Generated Content

FireHire.app uses artificial intelligence to generate or assist with:

• Interview questions, oral-board feedback, demo feedback, and responses
• Resume evaluations and analysis
• Resume rewrites and generated resume content
• Written-exam questions, scores, and feedback
• Recommendations, scores, study guidance, workout-plan content, and insights

AI-generated content may be incorrect, incomplete, inconsistent, outdated, or unexpected, and is provided for informational and educational purposes only, not as medical, fitness, career, legal, or other professional advice. By using the Service, you acknowledge:

• AI output should be independently reviewed and verified by you before you rely on it or submit it to any third party
• You assume responsibility for how you use AI-generated content
• FireHire.app is not liable for decisions, actions, injuries, losses, or outcomes arising from your use of or reliance on AI-generated content

We explicitly do not guarantee that any preparation, scoring, analysis, workout plan, or AI assistance will lead to hiring, advancement, improved performance, or employment in the fire service.

If you use any physical-training, fitness, or CPAT-related feature, you acknowledge that exercise and physical training involve inherent risks, including risk of injury, illness, overexertion, or other adverse health effects, and that any such content is general information only and not medical advice.

Users may not resell, publish, scrape, systematically extract, or commercially distribute AI-generated content from FireHire.app, or use the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable personal, non-commercial use or interferes with the Service for other users.

We may impose fair-use limits on AI-generation features, including daily or monthly caps on resume rewrites, interview simulations, study-question generation, or other resource-intensive tools. Limits may vary by subscription tier and are subject to change. Excessive or abusive use may result in temporary throttling, suspension, or termination.

If we offer a public demo without requiring an account, your submission of content to that demo constitutes your agreement to these Terms, including the AI-generated content disclaimers in this Section 5.

6. User-Uploaded Content

You may upload resumes, documents, profile information, job postings, answers, workout-related inputs, and other materials.

By uploading content, you grant FireHire.app a limited license to:

• Store, host, process, and transmit your content as necessary to operate the Service
• Use aggregated or de-identified data, where applicable, to improve the platform

We do not claim ownership of your content. You may request deletion of your account and associated stored content, subject to limited retention of certain records for legal compliance, billing, fraud prevention, security, consent auditing, and dispute resolution.

7. Data & Privacy

FireHire.app collects and processes information according to our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that:

• Billing information is securely processed by our payment processor, and FireHire.app may receive related billing, subscription, and payment-method metadata
• FireHire.app LLC may retain limited billing, subscription, fraud-prevention, security, and consent records as reasonably necessary for legal compliance and legitimate business purposes
• You may have the right, subject to applicable law, to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal data

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Hack, interfere with, or disrupt the platform
• Scrape, copy, or attempt to extract system data
• Harass other users, staff, or members of any FireHire community channel
• Reverse engineer, bypass security, or misuse the platform
• Share subscription access
• Sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit AI responses

Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account, removal from community channels, and other action we deem appropriate.

9. Feature Changes

FireHire.app may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time, including:

• Tools
• AI models
• Subscription features
• Dashboards or UI components

We reserve the right to do so without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• FireHire.app is provided “as is”
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not responsible for employment outcomes, testing outcomes, interview outcomes, or physical-training outcomes
• We are not liable for damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service, your reliance on AI-generated content, your participation in any physical training or CPAT-related activity, or the acts or omissions of third-party service providers

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it and, if applicable, cancel your subscription.

11. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except to the extent federal arbitration law applies.

Except for matters that may be brought in small claims court, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to info@firehire.app within 30 days after you first accept these Terms.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND FIREHIRE.APP EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. This waiver applies even if the arbitration provision above is found unenforceable.

Any community channel we make available, including Discord or similar channels, is part of the Service for purposes of these Terms. We may moderate, suspend, remove content from, or revoke access to any community channel at any time.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your payment fails
• You engage in abuse or misuse of the platform, any community channel, or any trial offer

You may cancel your subscription at any time within your account settings. You may also request deletion of your account in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any in-product account-deletion flow we make available.

When you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify your account content as described in our Privacy Policy, but we may retain limited records for legal compliance, billing, fraud prevention, security, consent auditing, and dispute resolution.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
